Terms & Ministry License

Effective September 10, 2026

These terms apply to digital ministry resources offered through Pastor Alix Ministry Resources. By purchasing or accessing a paid resource, you agree to these terms.

Digital Products

Products are delivered electronically and may include PDFs, downloadable collections, bundles, or other digital ministry resources. Product descriptions identify the materials included in each purchase.

Personal Ministry-Use License

Unless a separate church, organizational, or commercial license is expressly provided, a purchase grants one purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource in that purchaser's own ministry. The purchaser may study, annotate, adapt, and preach or teach from individual sermon outlines, prayers, invocations, benedictions, and similar materials in ordinary ministry settings.

What Is Not Permitted

The purchaser may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, share the complete collection as a substitute for additional purchases, republish substantial portions as another book or digital product, place the files in a public or commercial resource library, or claim authorship of the collection itself without written permission.

Biblical Preparation

These resources are preparation tools and are not a substitute for prayer, personal Bible study, sound interpretation, pastoral judgment, or dependence upon the Holy Spirit. Scripture references should be reviewed in context and quotations verified in the Bible translation used by the purchaser.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed at checkout are the prices charged for the selected product, subject to any valid promotion or discount applied by the store. When checkout is activated, payments will be processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.

Digital Delivery & Access

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining reasonable access to purchased files. Access methods may include a download page, secure link, customer account, or purchase email.

Refund Requests

Because these are digital products that may be accessed immediately, refund requests will be evaluated case by case, including situations such as duplicate charges or a technical delivery problem that cannot reasonably be resolved. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Except for material otherwise identified as belonging to another rights holder, the original selection, arrangement, commentary, outlines, prayers, and presentation of these resources remain protected intellectual property of Pastor J. Alix Compere and Pastor Alix Ministry Resources.

Changes

These terms may be updated as products, licensing options, or store operations evolve. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
